Vulnerability is a key to growth. We can only grow when we are willing to allow ourselves to be vulnerable and to push outside our comfort zones. This is a tough concept for successful people to embrace. Success tends to expand the comfort zone and makes people increasingly reluctant to exercise vulnerability.

Each day we learn new things, but most of what we learn escapes us because we must be more deliberate about capturing our learnings. At LeaderSurf we end each day with a session called sunset reflections which provides participants with an opportunity to practice mindfulness and share their learnings from the day while enjoying the sunset.
