How It Works
✅ 90-Minute Intake Session (Before the Program)
Before you even step onto the beach, you’ll meet with your coach virtually to define your goals, understand what to expect at LeaderSurf, and clarify what success looks like for you.

✅ Onsite Coaching Session (During the Program)
In the midst of the LeaderSurf experience, you’ll sit down for an hour with your coach — maybe under a palm tree, maybe on a beach walk, or over a cold drink in the shade. This is your safe space to talk openly about what’s surfacing for you, dig deeper into your growth edges, and plan how to bring insights back to work and life.
✅ Follow-Up Coaching Session (After the Program)
Once you’re back at work, your coach reconnects with you to reflect on your experience, discuss progress on your business challenge, and help you sustain your momentum.
