Freedom is one of the best things about being an entrepreneur. Not just the freedom to set your own schedule, but the freedom to be creative and innovative. My leadership journey has afforded me certain freedoms and I have taken full advantage. In sharing my story it is my hope that I can inspire others.
Vulnerability is a key to growth. We can only grow when we are willing to allow ourselves to be vulnerable and to push outside our comfort zones. This is a tough concept for successful people to embrace. Success tends to expand the comfort zone and makes people increasingly reluctant to exercise vulnerability.
